Frequently Asked Questions
Symposium 2020 has been postponed. When will you know the new dates?
Due to the rapidly evolving coronavirus situation, we have postponed Legility Symposium 2020. Because we don’t know yet when this situation will be resolved, we are not yet committed to new dates for Symposium 2020.
I'm already registered for Symposium 2020 in April. Will my registration roll over to the new dates when they are set?
Yes, absolutely. We’re excited you’ll be joining us for Symposium if and when new dates are set. You do not have to do anything for your registration except enjoy future newsletters and information that we send out in preparation for Symposium 2020. If Symposium is canceled or postponed indefinitely, we will credit your registration to Symposium 2021.
I was looking forward to the Symposium sessions. Will there be an online option?
We are currently exploring options for delivering some of our sessions via webinar. Please stay tuned for more updates.
I already booked my flight to Nashville in April for Symposium 2020. What can I do to get a refund?
Many airlines are currently waiving cancellation and/or change fees. Please visit your airline’s website or travel insurance provider for more information on updated change and cancellation policies.
Do I need to do anything to cancel my hotel room?
All current reservations booked through Symposium’s official hotel partner for April will be canceled and no credit cards will be charged. If you booked outside of Symposium’s official link or with a non-Symposium hotel, please work directly with the hotel on your cancellation.
I am a speaker at Symposium. Will I still have an opportunity to present?
Yes, all speaker slots are still valid. For those who’ve already been accepted to speak, we would love for you to take part in our future rescheduled event. We are also exploring webinar versions of our presentations, and will be contacting you soon.
